What is BodyTite™?
Body contouring has been taken to a new level with the development of the BodyTite™ device. This minimally-invasive treatment uses patented RFAL™ technology to slim and sculpt various parts of the body. RFAL includes radiofrequency energy, a type of thermal energy that liquefies subcutaneous fatty tissue for easier removal using liposuction. This energy also simultaneously tightens the skin and coagulates blood vessels, making it gentler than conventional liposuction.
How Does BodyTite™ Work?
During the BodyTite procedure, a tiny incision is made in the area of focus. The doctor then inserts the BodyTite handpiece, a small cannula, through which they deliver radiofrequency energy. This energy permeates the superficial layer of fat with ease because it passes from the internal cannula to an external electrode. This focuses energy between the two aspects of the handpiece, quickly melting unwanted fat while also heating the deeper layers of the skin for a profound tightening effect. The liquefied fat is immediately aspirated through the cannula.

Who is an Ideal Candidate for BodyTite™?
You may be a good candidate for the BodyTite procedure if you’re generally healthy and close to your best body weight or BMI. BodyTite is not designed for significant fat removal. It may not compare to conventional liposuction in terms of the volume of fat that can be aspirated. However, BodyTite is known for its dramatic results! These stem from the combination of fat reduction and skin tightening.
