Chin Enhancement
A chin enhancement uses a soft implant made of a natural feeling synthetic material to build up a receding chin or, by creating balance in the facial features, offset a prominent nose. It can improve appearance by making the neck appear longer or rounding out the face.
 To augment the chin, Dr. Flaharty will make an incision in the natural crease line just under the chin and, by gently stretching, create a space to insert the implant. After implantation, Dr. Flaharty uses fine sutures to close the incision. Because the incision is placed inconspicuously under the chin, the scar is usually imperceptible.
Cheek enhancement
A soft implant can be added to the cheekbone area to add definition to facial features. A very small incision is made in the corner of the eye, a pocket is created and an implant that mimics the soft tissue of the under layers of the face is placed on the cheekbone for a subtle, natural look.
